WEEKLY DROP-IN SLEEP SUPPORT GROUP

This group meets every Tuesday from 12:30-1:30 pm at the Doula Love Family Wellness Center.  This is a place for parents to discuss all sleep training-related topics, questions and concerns.  You can drop in whenever you  want – there’s no registration and it’s free during September and October.  Babies 12 months and younger are welcome.

At the beginning of our time together we will spend ~10-15 min covering a specific topic (see below for the list).  The rest of the time we’ll answer parent’s questions, discuss what you are interested in and address your unique concerns and situations.

There are many ways to parent, and there are many ways to sleep.  Regardless of how sleep looks at your home, join us!  We respect and support your choices and we’ll help you reach your own unique sleep goals.

I am available to lead sleep training workshops and talks to parenting groups, daycares, hospitals and preschools. If you are interested in having me as a guest speaker, please contact me.
